1. Lisi Lake

Every time of the year when it is not raining, people are recommended to visit Lisi Lake. Lisi Lake is one of the most popular recreational zones in Tbilisi. It is distinguished by its diverse fauna. The recreational zone includes jogging and bike paths, an open café, sport and playground facilities and the renovated beach for tan lovers. The surrounding place is perfect for picnics, also to relax and play with your children and friends.

2. Fabrika

Those who would love to have drinks and meet new people in an open space surrounded by cafes, shops, and a hotel, Fabrika is the perfect place for them. Fabrika was a Soviet sewing building that was reconstructed two years ago in order to put all artists and art lovers together. The property offers comfortable accommodation with well-decorated private or dormitory rooms, combining vintage and modern style. This multifunctional cultural center includes cafes, bars, art studios and shops, hostel and educational institutions. Fabrika offers its guests various events such as flea markets, films screenings, concerts, etc. One of its major merits is its urban style graffiti and a large open space in the courtyard.

3. Dedaena Park

The next option is Dedaena Park (Garden of the Mother Tongue). The park is situated on the right bank of the River Mtkvari. It is a huge place incorporating the special infrastructure for roller-skating, cycling, and skateboarding. There are a bar and a café where people can listen to music and enjoy different drinks in the garden. The green space makes the park a great place for picnics and hanging out. Dedaena Park often hosts flea markets and various other outdoor events.

4. Bassani

One of the best-known clubs in the city is Bassani attracting a number of tourists and local techno music enthusiasts. Combination of many features forms Bassani's solid reputation: its sound system, which is one of the best you can get in Tbilisi, it’s decent lightning, residents, both locals and international artists. The club established in the former swimming-pool boasts weekly line up, that provides the best techno and house DJs from all over the world.

5. Abanotubani

The Baths district (Abanotubani) - This is the place where Tbilisi was founded in the 5th century, AD. The district is known for its sulfur baths and anyone is welcome to experience them. According to a legend the King of Iberia, Vakhtang Gorgasali’s falcon fell exactly on this place, leading to the discovery of the hot springs and to the foundation of the new capital - Tbilisi. The surrounding place is a center for various religions - visitors can observe orthodox, Catholic, Gregorian churches, a mosque, and synagogue in the same district.
